Product Features
Rialto Primer is a colourless liquid that penetrates the surface it is applied to and improves adhesion for decorative wall coatings and paints. It is formulated for use internally and externally. One of it’s main characteristics is that it acts as a binder for dusty surfaces such a gypsum plaster or plasterboards.
