Questions from contractors

Do I need a qualification?

No. You need an understanding of surfaces, substrates, drying times and layering, and the patience to follow the process. Plasterers, tilers, decorators and flooring contractors pick it up well.

Which system is easiest to learn?

Politura, our traditional mineral microcement. It’s simple to mix and forgiving to apply. ErreFast is quick and forgiving too, and ErreLAB needs more care with mixing and technique.

Can you train my whole team?

Yes. We offer discounts on multiple bookings and can arrange private training days built around your project. Call 01472 240 340.

Where do I find data sheets?

Application manuals for every system are in our Downloads, and we’ll send data sheets and certificates on request.

How quickly can I get stock?
