Rialto Epoca Spatolato
A true Venetian stucco in seasoned lime, with a glossy, marble-like finish that deepens with age. For interior and exterior walls.
What it is
Epoca Spatolato is made from seasoned slaked lime, natural pigments, oxides and mineral additives. Applied in thin layers with a trowel and spatula, it builds to a smooth, glossy, marble-like surface whose tones deepen over time.
Use it on its own for a classic Venetian finish, or over Rialto Antiqua using the fresco technique for an even stronger marble effect.
Because it’s lime, it lets walls breathe, which helps prevent blistering, delamination and mould. It suits renovation and historic buildings as well as modern architecture.
