Breathable, water-repellent matt paint for interiors, resistant to mould

Rialto Hydrotex is Rialto’s flagship interior paint — a water-based formula of copolymer resins, selected pigments and mineral fillers, with a preservative agent that resists mildew growth on the paint film. It breathes, repels water and washes clean, striking a careful balance of performance at a competitive price.

Working Instructions
  1. Clean surfaces and remove any loose material.
  2. If mould is present, treat the affected area first with rialto SX 5911.
  3. On old, dusty paint or a highly absorbent surface, apply a coat of rialto primer diluted 1:6 with water first.
  4. Going straight into plasterboard? Apply a coat of rialto eco fondo first.
  5. Dilute rialto hydrotex with 20-30% water and mix thoroughly before use.
  6. Apply using a brush, roller or conventional spray.
  7. Clean brushes and other tools with water immediately after use.
  8. Store the product at a temperature above 7°C (44°F) and below 30°C (86°F).
  9. Dispose of product and waste through authorised waste disposal services.

Disclaimers
  • Do not pick a colour from a screen.
  • Treat any existing mould with rialto SX 5911 before painting — Hydrotex resists new mould growth on the paint film, but won’t remedy mould already present underneath.
  • Rialto is unable to guarantee results, as it has no control over the conditions under which its products are applied.
